How the Pokédex tracker works

There is one check per Hisui species, #001–#242. Regional forms, gender differences, Wormadam cloaks, Rotom appliances, Unown letters, and legendary form changes share the same species check. Extra evolution-form routes remain in the Evolutions tab.

The 237-species target excludes Arceus, Phione, Manaphy, Shaymin, and Darkrai. It measures obtained species, not research level 10, perfect entries, shiny Pokémon, or a living Pokédex. Evolution checks do not automatically mark Pokémon obtained.

Suggested routes show a reliable way to obtain a species. Evolved Pokémon may also be catchable directly; follow the linked game-specific Pokédex reference for all wild locations.

Your trackers are saved in this browser and included in new progress exports. Older evolution-only backups still import. The site does not read your Nintendo save file or sync across devices.

Find the item, finish the evolution

Search an item or Pokémon. Prices are for Simona’s Trading Post near the Jubilife training grounds. Return lost satchels and claim their Lost & Found rewards to earn Merit Points. Black Augurite and Peat Blocks are not sold for MP. Random drops, digging, and rotating Ginter stock are not guaranteed.

Imported references for Pokémon Legends: Arceus, including Daybreak; independent verification is pending. These references use original summaries and link to the underlying game-specific sources.

Evolution is your choice

Once the requirements are met, open your satchel, select the Pokémon, and choose Evolve. For item evolutions, select the item and use it on a compatible Pokémon. Requirements such as time of day must still be met.

No trading required

Linking Cords replace trading for Kadabra, Machoke, Graveler, and Haunter. Other trade-item evolutions use the item directly. Every evolution in this checklist is possible solo.

Build friendship

Keep the Pokémon in your party, win battles, gain experience, and use it to gather resources. Avoid fainting. After Request 28, Belamy near the Jubilife pastures can check friendship.

Evolution items

Simona’s Trading Post exchanges Merit Points for most evolution items. Collect lost satchels for points. Black Augurite can drop from Graveler or be dug up by Ursaluna; Peat Blocks can be dug up with Ursaluna, including in the Crimson Mirelands. Ginter’s stock is random.

Unlocks & rare encounters

Regions unlock through the story in this order: Fieldlands, Mirelands, Coastlands, Highlands, Icelands. Water routes need Basculegion. Distortion-exclusive Pokémon require waiting in a region for a space-time distortion; check the rare spawns inside it.

What this checklist measures

Each check marks one evolution route you have completed or already obtained. It does not read your save file or track Pokédex research levels. Alternate methods share one check; branches have separate checks. Alolan Vulpix is included as an extra form route.

Pokémon artwork is served locally from the PokéAPI sprite collection, using HOME renders with official artwork as a fallback. All Pokémon imagery belongs to its respective owners.

The imported snapshot reports cross-checking against the Legends: Arceus sections of Serebii’s Pokédex, its evolution-method guide and Hisui location database. Each route links to its starting species reference; select the Legends: Arceus section when the page covers multiple games.

The Evolutions tab covers all evolution routes available in this game. The Pokédex tab adds the full 242 species, including Pokémon with no evolution. Cosmetic and alternate forms share a species entry. Wurmple branches and male/female evolutions are tracked separately; Wormadam cloaks and Basculegion genders share their species route. Story outcomes are omitted.

Your checks are saved in this browser. They do not sync automatically between devices or browsers. Export progress regularly and import the file wherever you continue. Import merges found collectibles, completed quests, evolution routes and obtained species without clearing existing checks. Older evolution-only backups remain supported.
